Most of people think that you can reduce stomach fat by exercising the stomach only, No the overall body exercise helps to reduce the stomach fat.
Eliminate refined and processed food such as pizza, pastries, pasta, rolls, chocolates, potato chips etc from your daily diet. Eat fresh fruits, salad and vegetables.
